Tracy Kearns joined ChandlerKBS in 2005 as a Business Support Manager. Having worked initially as a Management Accountant within a number of blue chip organisations and in the legal sector, Tracy moved into general management following her MBA.

Tracy is responsible for the HR management as well as the strategic management of processes and procedures, is developing brand consistency and awareness across the practice and is ChandlerKBS' internal auditor for our Quality Management System
