Tamara has been with ChandlerKBS since 1998 and has gained both MRICS and MCIPS status whilst with the Practice. She has worked in the building and civil engineering fields with special emphasis in the utilities sector and currently specialises in providing procurement services to clients in the context of EU Procurement Directives compliance and the development and implementation of procurement strategy for major long term collaborative projects.


Tamara has previously worked on procurement work in the nuclear decommissioning sector for Magnox Electric and is currently involved in the ongoing procurement activities for the Strategic Investment Board in Northern Ireland and Wales and West Utilities Capital Expenditure Programme for 2008 to 2013.
