in 1990, becoming a Partner in 1997. With his background
in civil engineering
Simon’s expertise lies in leading our cost
management service provision teams on Civil Engineering
projects with particular experience in risk management.
Simon has managed the design, construction and development
of specialist price databases for a number of engineering
clients. He is also actively involved in the periodic
reviews for UK regulated utility companies.
