Following the acquisition of Fraser Pritchard, Richard joined ChandlerKBS as an associate in June 2004. He has over twenty years experience as Project Manager, Chief Quantity Surveyor and Team Leader on a variety of projects.

Richard has experience in most standard forms of Civil Engineering and Building Contracts including I.C.E, J.C.T and GC/Works 1.He also has considerable experience in dispute resolution including the settlement of major contractual claims.
