Philip joined ChandlerKBS
as a Partner in 1986. His background is in the cost
management of various types of building projects,
although he has been actively involved in numerous
major civil engineering schemes, particularly in the
water and electricity sectors.
For the last 10 years Philip’s main role has been in the development
and delivery of our project management service provision.
