Neil joined the practice
as a partner in 1990. He has extensive experience
in the field of dispute resolution having received
scores
of instructions to act as an expert witness. He is
a practising arbitrator.
Neil also specialises in providing strategic procurement
advice to organisations with large capital and revenue/operational
expenditure programmes. In particular he has considerable
experience of advising on procurement strategies in
collaborative and non adversarial environments.
