Lawrence joined ChandlerKBS in 2006, at Associate level and is based in the Berlin office.

Lawrence is a Chartered Building Surveyor and is widely experienced in Technical Due Diligence, where he leads our teams on a variety of pre-acquisition and re-financing commissions in Germany and across continental Europe, working for a large number of international banking and financial institution clients and across different property sectors.

Lawrence also specialises in Maintenance Management and technical aspects of Asset and Facilities Management of the built environment.

He has dual British and German nationality and is a fluent German speaker.
