John Notman – Consultant FRICS
		ChandlerKBS as part of their expansion in Scotland acquired the Edinburgh office of George Corderoy in January 2005. John has joined the practice as a Consultant. John was previously a Scottish Partner with Corderoy and before that a Senior Partner in his own practice Kean Kennedy. John has over 35 years experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the Building and Property Sector specialising in defence works ,leisure, commercial, housing and food production. He also has experience in dispute resolution and in providing construction advice to funding institutions, lending to development projects.
