John joined ChandlerKBS
in 1996 and has considerable experience in the civil
engineering and water utilities sector. With 16 years
experience in construction and having worked in both
contracting and consultant sectors, John has been
involved in some of the largest water industry projects
and has extensive knowledge of collaborative working
arrangements and use of the ECC Contract Conditions.
