Ian joined the practice
in 1994 and has extensive experience of major civil
engineering projects, in particular in the water and
highways sectors. His areas of expertise include pre
and post contract cost management, risk management
and benchmarking.
Ian is based in the Cardiff office and is currently
managing a number of water treatment and highway projects
across the UK and Ireland.
