David has been with
ChandlerKBS since 1995, becoming a Partner in 1997.
He has considerable experience of public sector procurement,
either directly advising the public sector or advising
the private sector on PFI/PPP projects.
David’s experience spans the sectors of health,
education, housing, law & order, leisure and defence.
